Orders & Custom Work
Do you offer custom orders? Yes! I love creating one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your energy, story, or intention. Custom malas, bracelets, and gemstone combinations are available. Just fill out the custom order form, and we’ll craft something beautiful together.
How long do custom orders take? Most custom orders ship within 7–10 business days. If your request involves unique sourcing or extra intention work, I’ll let you know up front.
Can I request specific crystals, colors, or vibes? Absolutely. Whether you're drawn to a specific gemstone or looking to align with a certain energy (like grounding, love, or clarity), just share your ideas and I’ll bring them to life.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship? In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s headed your way.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — but I hope to in the near future! If you're outside the U.S. and curious, send me a note and we’ll see what’s possible.
My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do? Start by checking your tracking number. If it looks stuck or something seems off, email me at thequirkysoulshop@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help — every piece is sent with care, and I want you to receive it with joy.
Product Care & Intention
How do I care for my jewelry? Avoid getting your piece wet, and keep it away from perfumes or harsh chemicals. Store it in a soft pouch or dry space when not in use. Each order includes a care card with tips.
Can I wear my jewelry for rituals or meditation? Yes! Many pieces are crafted to support spiritual practice, grounding, or energetic alignment. Trust your intuition — wear them during what matters most to you.
Do crystals really “do” something? Crystals are tools and allies. They don’t promise miracles — but they can be powerful reminders, energetic amplifiers, and symbols of your intentions. The magic is in your connection.
Gifting & Packaging
Is your packaging eco-friendly? Yes! I keep packaging minimal, recyclable, and beautiful. You’ll receive your item ready to gift, with earthy, thoughtful touches and as little waste as possible.
Can I include a gift note? Of course. Just leave your message at checkout, and I’ll handwrite it on a card. Whether it’s heartfelt or cheeky, your words will be included with care.
Will prices be included in the package? Nope! Gift orders never include pricing unless requested.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy? Because each piece is handmade and often intention-specific, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, contact me within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel an order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate — just reach out quickly. Custom work may not be cancelable once in progress.

Where do your materials come from? I source my materials from small, ethical suppliers — many of them women-owned or Indigenous-run. I prioritize quality, sustainability, and intention.
Do you offer workshops or classes? Yes, occasionally! I host seasonal workshops and creative rituals, often shared via email or The Library. Join the circle to stay in the loop.
Do you offer wholesale or collaborations? Sometimes — I love working with aligned stockists and creators. Email me with your idea, and let’s explore.
